Thank you for shopping at Thready.shop. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Thready.shop within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

1.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged in transit), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges

If the new item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, and we will cover any associated return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the standard return process.

9. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes paid. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
